These people are not more than disorganized theives. On a Friday, I looked at a 2 bedroom house and placed a $600 deposit on it. The woman who showed it to me (Maria) told me that if I decided that I didn't want it, I would get my deposit back. On Monday, I came to their office to let them know that I did not want to rent the house, and they refused to return my money. One of the employees told me that he would have to negotiate something with the owner (he had proclaimed himself the owner 10 minutes prior to saying this, btw), and when I asked him if this was against the law, he threatened to keep the entire deposit without "negotiating an amount with the owner". When I asked to speak with Maria (who had promised me a returned deposit), they said she was at jury duty, and refused to give me her phone number. Currently I am taking them to small claims court.
